Please note that the rates provided are subject to change based on different periods and seasons. Therefore, it is always advisable to submit a request to inquire about the most current rates applicable.
Events can also be hosted at the villa, with a starting fee of €10,000 plus 22% VAT. However, for such occasions, it's best to inquire about availability and specific details by making a request.
Rules & Notes:
- Pets: Not allowed.
- Smoking: No-smoking property. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
- Check-in: Is available from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
- Additional services: Reserved on-site must be settled before departure, unless alternative arrangements have been made.
- Linen replacement and a cleaning: Included for stays that exceeds 6 nights
- Porter service: Is recommended; prices may vary between €10 and €15 per piece of luggage.
- Parking: Is available along the national road free of charge, subject to availability.
- Private parking: Can be arranged, with prices ranging from €25 to €35.
Additional Fees:
- Late Arrival Fees: An additional fee of €30 applies for arrivals from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Arrivals from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM will incur a €50 fee. For arrivals from 1:00 AM to 7:00 AM, a €100 fee will be charged.
- Please contact the host: A day prior to your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Tourist tax: Ranging from €1.50 to €3.00, depending on the property, is not included in the price and must be paid upon check-in.
- Parking: Available at € 20 to € 50 per day.
- VAT: Included in the initial price.
- Cleaning: Fee of €90,00 is not included in the rate.
Getting to Praiano from Naples Airport
- Distance: Approximately 65 kilometers (40 miles).
- Summer Season Tip: Due to heavy traffic, private transfer is recommended.

- Train and Bus: Take a train from Naples Airport to Sorrento, then catch a SITA bus to Praiano.
- Ferry and Bus: Board a ferry from Naples to Amalfi, then hop on a SITA bus to Praiano.

Directions to Casa Sea la Vie (if driving from Naples, Sorrento, or Positano):
- Route: From Positano, take the one-way road straight to Praiano.
- Landmark: Arrive at Via Gennaro Capriglione, stopping at either number 133 or 178.
Look for the "Smeraldo" stop, marked by:
- Hotel Smeraldo
- Dolce Vista boutique (clothes shop)
- La Strada restaurant
- Starting Point for Walk: Find the steps by the big green ceramic vase at the "Smeraldo" stop. Begin descending the steps.
- Follow the Signs: Keep an eye out for ceramic fish and squid on the wall to guide you.
- Meeting Your Host: Your host will meet you along the path marked by the ceramic sea creatures.

- Porters: If booked, porters will wait at the "Smeraldo" stop to assist with luggage.
- Parking: Roadside parking is available.

Deposit and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required to confirm and guarantee the booking.
- Payment can be made via wire transfer or credit card.
- The final payment is due 60 days before the arrival date, using the same payment methods.

Payment details for the deposit and final payment will be sent to the client upon reservation confirmation.
Damage Deposit
- A damage deposit is requested upon check-in at the property.
- This will be fully refunded at check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
- If cancellation occurs after 60 days before arrival and any payment beyond the initial deposit has been made, these additional payments are non-refundable.
- No-shows will not receive any refund.
Additional Charges
- Tourist tax and other services are not included in the booking price.
- Clients should review the list of services included and excluded from their booking carefully.
