Please note that the rates provided are subject to change based on different periods and seasons. Therefore, it is always advisable to submit a request to inquire about the most current rates applicable.
Events can also be hosted at the villa, with a starting fee of €10,000 plus 22% VAT. However, for such occasions, it's best to inquire about availability and specific details by making a request.
Rules & Notes
- Pets: Not allowed.
- Smoking: No smoking inside; designated areas outside only.
- Check-In: Between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
- Wi Fi: internet access included.
- Porter service: Included upon arrival and departure.
Additional fees
- Late Arrival Fee:: €60 for arrivals between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM. No arrivals accepted after 10:00 PM.
- Extra housekeeping: €30 per hour
- Security Deposit: €1,000, held at the agency.
- Mandatory Final Cleaning Fee: €200, payable locally in Euro cash.
- Tourist tax: A ranging from €1.50 to €3, depending on the property, is not included in the price and must be paid upon check-in.
- Parking: Is available on the street free of charge but subject to availability or it can be booked privately for an additional fee ranging from €20 to €50 per day.
- Please contact the host: a day prior to your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process.
- VAT: is included in the price.
All extras must be paid in cash locally, prior to departure.
- Extra Housekeeping: €25/hour.
- Cook Service: Provided by villa management/in-house staff.

Getting to Praiano from Naples Airport
- Distance: Approximately 65 kilometers (40 miles).
- Summer Season Tip: Due to heavy traffic, private transfer is recommended.

- Train and Bus: Take a train from Naples Airport to Sorrento, then catch a SITA bus to Praiano.
- Ferry and Bus: Board a ferry from Naples to Amalfi, then hop on a SITA bus to Praiano.
- Choose between: the convenience of private transfer or the adventure of public transport to reach the captivating town of Praiano from Naples Airport.

- Distance: Approximately 60 kilometers (36 miles).
- Summer Season Tip: Due to heavy traffic, private transfer is recommended.

- Ferry and Bus: Board a ferry from Naples to Amalfi, then hop on a SITA bus to Praiano.

Directions to Villa Coralia (if driving from Naples, Sorrento, or Positano):
- Drive to Praiano: Your journey starts with a drive to Praiano, the gateway to Villa Coralia.
- Ascend Via Guglielmo Marconi: In Praiano, find and follow Via Guglielmo Marconi upwards to its end locally known as 'Muriciello'. Make a right turn to continue uphill.
- Spot the Statue of Padre Pio: Keep an eye out for the Padre Pio statue as you ascend. Turning right at this statue is crucial for the correct path to Villa Coralia.
- Reach the Dead-End: Follow the road from the Padre Pio statue to its dead-end. This marks the end of vehicle access and the starting point for foot access to the villa.
Deposit and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required to confirm and guarantee the booking.
- Payment can be made via wire transfer or credit card.
- The final payment is due 60 days before the arrival date, using the same payment methods.

Damage Deposit
- A damage deposit is requested upon check-in at the property.
- This will be fully refunded at check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
- If cancellation occurs after 60 days before arrival and any payment beyond the initial deposit has been made, these additional payments are non-refundable.
- No-shows will not receive any refund.
Additional Charges
- Tourist tax and other services are not included in the booking price.
- Clients should review the list of services included and excluded from their booking carefully.
