Please note that the rates provided are subject to change based on different periods and seasons. Therefore, it is always advisable to submit a request to inquire about the most current rates applicable.
Events can also be hosted at the villa, with a starting fee of €10,000 plus 22% VAT. However, for such occasions, it's best to inquire about availability and specific details by making a request.
Rules & Notes:
- Pets: Not allowed.
- Smoking: No smoking inside; designated areas outside only.
- Check-In: Guests are welcome to check in between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
- Additional services: Reserved on-site must be settled before departure, unless alternative arrangements have been made.
- Engagement of external providers: Such as chefs and additional staff, it is required that arrangements are made through our team. Should there be a need to bring external providers onto the Villa premises, prior approval from the owner is mandatory.
- For stays exceeding six nights, cleaning services and linen replacement will be provided
Additional Fees:
- Late Arrival Fees: €30 applies for arrivals from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Arrivals from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM will incur a €50 fee. For arrivals from 1:00 AM to 7:00 AM, a €100 fee will be charged.
- Damage Deposit: A deposit of €1,000 is required. It can be pre-authorized at check-in or paid in cash. The deposit will be returned upon check-out following an inspection or released within 10 days after check-out. Please contact the host a day prior to your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Private Parking available: For an additional fee ranging from €20 to €50 per day.
- Waiter Service: Available upon request at €45/hour.
- Tourist tax: Ranging from €1.50 to €3, depending on the property, is not included in the price and must be paid upon check-in.
- VAT: Included in the initial pricing.
- Final Cleaning fee: €400,00

- Distance: Approximately 65 kilometers (40 miles).
- Summer Season Tip: Due to heavy traffic, private transfer is recommended.

- Train and Bus: Take a train from Naples Airport to Sorrento, then catch a SITA bus to Praiano.
- Ferry and Bus: Board a ferry from Naples to Amalfi, then hop on a SITA bus to Praiano.
- Choose between: the convenience of private transfer or the adventure of public transport to reach the captivating town of Praiano from Naples Airport.

- Distance: Approximately 60 kilometers (36 miles).
- Summer Season Tip: Due to heavy traffic, private transfer is recommended.

- Ferry and Bus: Board a ferry from Naples to Amalfi, then hop on a SITA bus to Positano.

Directions to Villa Giudea (if driving from Naples, Sorrento, or Positano):
- Drive to Via Gennaro Capriglione: Begin your journey to Villa Giulia by setting your GPS to Via Gennaro Capriglione in Praiano. This is where your adventure starts.
- Vehicle Unloading: Upon arrival, pull over to unload your luggage. Our porters will be on standby to assist you right from this moment, ensuring a smooth transition from your vehicle.
- Locate Café 94: Directly in front of Café 94, you will notice the beginning of your path to Villa Giulia. Here, 50 steps await to lead you down to Via Masa, marking the first leg of your descent.
- Final Steps to Villa Giulia: Once you've reached Via Masa, a short journey of another 20 steps will guide you directly to the entrance of Villa Giulia.
Deposit and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required to confirm and guarantee the booking.
- Payment can be made via wire transfer or credit card.
- The final payment is due 60 days before the arrival date, using the same payment methods.

Damage Deposit
- A damage deposit is requested upon check-in at the property.
- This will be fully refunded at check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
- If cancellation occurs after 60 days before arrival and any payment beyond the initial deposit has been made, these additional payments are non-refundable.
- No-shows will not receive any refund.
Additional Charges
- Tourist tax and other services are not included in the booking price.
- Clients should review the list of services included and excluded from their booking carefully.
