Please note that the rates provided are subject to change based on different periods and seasons. Therefore, it is always advisable to submit a request to inquire about the most current rates applicable.
Events can also be hosted at the villa, with a starting fee of €10,000 plus 22% VAT. However, for such occasions, it's best to inquire about availability and specific details by making a request.
Rules & Notes:
- Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
- Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside; please use designated smoking areas outside.
- Check-In: Guests are welcome to check in between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
- Amenities Included: Guests will enjoy regular cleaning services during the week, a replacement set of bed and bath linen, utilities, access to the swimming pool, pool towels, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, and luggage assistance at check-in.
Additional Fees:
- Damage Deposit: A deposit of €6,000 (plus an additional €1,000 if you request dinner, breakfast, or other meals) is required. This can be pre-authorized at check-in or paid in cash and will be returned upon check-out after a property inspection or released within 10 days following check-out.
- Heated Pool: Available upon request for €3,000 weekly, from April to October.
- Extra Housekeeping Service: Available at €50/hour.
- Chef Services: A chef and helper can be requested for €180/hour.
- Babysitter: Available at €35/hour.
- Public Parking: Must be reserved in advance; rates range from €30 to €100/day.
- Waiter Service: Available upon request at €45/hour.
- Breakfast: Available at €25 per person per day.
- Additional Guests: For parties over 10 guests, an extra bed is available at €150 per day.
- VAT: Included in the initial pricing.
Getting to Positano from Naples Airport
- Distance: Approximately 60 kilometers (36 miles).
- Summer Season Tip: Due to heavy traffic, private transfer is recommended.
Public Transportation Options:
- Train and Bus: Take a train from Naples Airport to Sorrento, then catch a SITA bus to Positano.
- Ferry and Bus: Board a ferry from Naples to Amalfi, then hop on a SITA bus to Positano.
- Choose between: the convenience of private transfer or the adventure of public transport to reach the captivating town of Positano from Naples Airport.

Meeting point
Directions to Villa Joyosa (if driving from Naples, Sorrento, or Positano):
- Road Entry: Via Guglielmo Marconi, locally known as Liparlati. Identify the yellow house and the arch, marking where a narrow street ascends.
- Parking: No access for vans/cars beyond the arch near the yellow house. This is the drop-off point.
- Luggage: Porters available at the arch to transport luggage to the villa.
- Walk: Guests walk from the arch, guided by the check-in host.
Deposit and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required to confirm and guarantee the booking.
- Payment can be made via wire transfer or credit card.
- The final payment is due 60 days before the arrival date, using the same payment methods.

Damage Deposit
- A damage deposit is requested upon check-in at the property.
- This will be fully refunded at check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
- If cancellation occurs after 60 days before arrival and any payment beyond the initial deposit has been made, these additional payments are non-refundable.
- No-shows will not receive any refund.
Additional Charges
- Tourist tax and other services are not included in the booking price.
- Clients should review the list of services included and excluded from their booking carefully.
