Please note that the rates provided are subject to change based on different periods and seasons. Therefore, it is always advisable to submit a request to inquire about the most current rates applicable.
Events can also be hosted at the villa, with a starting fee of €10,000 plus 22% VAT. However, for such occasions, it's best to inquire about availability and specific details by making a request.
Rules & Notes
- Pets: Not allowed.
- Smoking: No smoking inside; designated areas outside only.
- Check-In: Between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
- External Providers: (e.g., chefs, staff) are not permitted prior villas management approval.
- Any additional: Services arranged on-site and not included in your rate must be paid for before departure
The gardener: will tend to the gardens and flowers on the property three times a week, ensuring that guests' privacy is fully respected and maintained.
The butler: resides within the villa, offering 24-hour availability, while the property ensures the utmost respect for the privacy of its clients.
The use of the washing machine and dryer: is exclusively reserved for the villa staff. The Villa offer a personal laundry service for its guests, available at a per-piece rate. For your convenience and to ensure the highest standards of care for your garments, we kindly ask you to utilize this service for all your laundry needs during your stay. For details on pricing and to arrange for your laundry service, please contact the staff.
Chef Service Note: The chef's service is included only at lunch or dinner, but the cost of ingredients will be invoiced at the end of your stay.
Additional fees
- Grocery Shopping: fee €150,00
- Chef: Extra hours €80 per hour
- Extra housekeeping: €30 per hour
- Arrivals: An additional fee of €30 applies for arrivals from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Arrivals from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM will incur a €50 fee. For arrivals from 1:00 AM to 7:00 AM, a €100 fee will be charged.
- Damage: A deposit of €2,000 is required. It can be pre-authorized at check-in or paid in cash. The deposit will be returned upon check-out following an inspection or released within 10 days after check-out.
- Please contact the host: a day prior to your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Tourist tax: A ranging from €1.50 to €3, depending on the property, is not included in the price and must be paid upon check-in.
- Parking: Is available for an additional fee ranging from €20 to €50 per day.
- VAT: Is included in the price.
Getting to Praiano from Naples Airport
- Distance: Approximately 65 kilometers (40 miles).
- Summer Season Tip: Due to heavy traffic, private transfer is recommended.
Public Transportation Options:
- Train and Bus: Take a train from Naples Airport to Sorrento, then catch a SITA bus to Praiano.
- Ferry and Bus: Board a ferry from Naples to Amalfi, then hop on a SITA bus to Praiano.
- Choose between: the convenience of private transfer or the adventure of public transport to reach the captivating town of Praiano from Naples Airport.
Getting to Positano from Naples Airport
- Distance: Approximately 60 kilometers (36 miles).
- Summer Season Tip: Due to heavy traffic, private transfer is recommended.

- Train and Bus: Take a train from Naples Airport to Sorrento, then catch a SITA bus to Positano.
- Ferry and Bus: Board a ferry from Naples to Amalfi, then hop on a SITA bus to Positano.

Directions to Villa Amalya (if driving from Naples, Sorrento, or Positano):
- By Car or Transfer: Primary Entrance: Via Umberto Primo, next to the gym and Carica Bar in Praiano. Porters and our meeting team will welcome you here. Ideal for arrivals by car or transfer.
- To La Praia Beach/Buses: Descend the steps from the villa to the national road; follow additional steps to La Praia Beach and nearby bus stops.
- Beach Walk Route:For direct beach access, opt for the secondary pedestrian route, ideal for a scenic walk down to the beach.
Deposit and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required to confirm and guarantee the booking.
- Payment can be made via wire transfer or credit card.
- The final payment is due 60 days before the arrival date, using the same payment methods.

Damage Deposit
- A damage deposit is requested upon check-in at the property.
- This will be fully refunded at check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
- If cancellation occurs after 60 days before arrival and any payment beyond the initial deposit has been made, these additional payments are non-refundable.
- No-shows will not receive any refund.
Additional Charges
- Tourist tax and other services are not included in the booking price.
- Clients should review the list of services included and excluded from their booking carefully.
